- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I switched to MemberOne because of my experience at Suntrust. The three tellers were always pleasant and professional, however, the women at the help desks were unprofessional. On multiple occasions after the customer prior to me walked away, they would say rude and inappropriate things about her. This made me never want to be the next person because, what might they say about me once my back is turned? When talking to the women they acted as though I was a great burden and would sigh or roll their eyes. I'm extremely happy that I never have to go back.April 11, 2017by Alexandra Bonforte
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Can't effectively eft my business mortgage payment without making mistakes. Multiple excuses from local management. I closed 4 major accounts and no one ever bothered to call and see why.
